In this episode of our Automall Adventures, our Denielle Miller returns to their garage to speak to the company’s service manager about the importance of servicing your vehicle.

Automall Service Manager and Technical Trainer John “Lenny” Henderson gave us the answer to this crucial question: How many times a year should I service my vehicle?

“The manufacturers are all different to give you an example Hyundai is six months or five thousand miles the sentence behind that is very important it’s what ever comes first.”

Lenny says it’s important to follow the suggested service guidelines by the vehicle manufacturer.

Failure to do so can result in you receiving a hefty bill due to oil build up.

“It only takes one year like two missed services the oil begins to sludge up and that starts to become it gets thick and hard crusted then the engine is going to fail at some point.”

His final words of advice: pay attention to the indicators on your dashboard.
