NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Governor General will host several activities this month as a part of volunteer month.

Activities include volunteer day on November 19; an award ceremony at the University of The Bahamas on November 22; and an essay competition under the theme “No Longer Me, But We,” that launches on Tuesday.

Committee Vice-Chairman Anthony Newbold hopes the activities will get more young people involved in worthy causes.
