NASSAU, BAHAMAS – There are no substantial reports of gastrointestinal and upper respiratory tract infections according to Minister of Health Dr. Michael Darville.

Darville was responding to FNM Chairman Dr. Duane Sands who sent out a voicenote stating there’s cause for concern.
