Man Accused of Indecent Assault Granted $5K Bail
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 33-year-old man has denied that he indecently assaulted a teenage boy.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 33-year-old man has denied that he indecently assaulted a teenage boy.
Prosecutors allege Davan Ferguson inappropriately touched a 16-year-old boy on December 7, 2024.
Assistant Chief Magistrate Carolyn Vogt-Evans set Ferguson’s bail ar $5,000 and ordered him not to come within 300 feet of his alleged victim.
Ferguson’s trial is scheduled to begin on May 5.
