NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Two men are facing an armed robbery charge after prosecutors allege that they held up their victim while pretending to sell a car.

Stephan “Crime” Davis, 30, and Troy Storr, 34, who also uses the surname Stubbs, stood before Acting Chief Magistrate Ancella Evans accused of taking $3,000 from D’Shawn Util at gunpoint.

On April 23, Util allegedly arranged to buy a Nissan Note. After test driving the vehicle and signing sales paperwork, the men allegedly took his money and drive off in the car.
Davis and Storr were not required to enter pleas to the charge and were denied bail.

They’re next due in court on September 3 to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers.
