Teen Boy and Two Men Charged with Gang Rape of 14-Year-Old Girl

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Police have charged three males, one of them a juvenile, with the gang rape of a 14-year-old girl last week.

Charlton Curtis, 23, Henrico McPhee, 18, and a 15-year-old face charges of forcible taking and unlawful sexual intercourse.

Prosecutors allege that the teen was sexually assaulted by the accused on August 14 while at a home in her New Providence neighborhood.

The accused were not required to enter pleas to the charges when they stood before Senior Magistrate Algernon Allen.

Bail was denied and the matter was adjourned to November 11 for the presentation of voluntary bill of indictment papers.

Police are looking for three more suspects in the matter.
