FBI Says It Found 2,400 New JFK Assassination Records

UNITED STATES – The U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigations has uncovered about 2,400 new records linked to John F. Kennedy’s assassination after President Trump pushed for the release of classified files.

In a statement Tuesday the FBI said these documents, found during a fresh search prompted by an early executive order, are being sent to the national archives for declassification.

While the official story credits lone gunman Lee Harvey Oswald, public interest and conspiracy theories persist.

Trump has also vowed to release files on the murders of Martin Luther King jr. and Robert Kennedy.
