NASSAU, BAHAMAS – She is a medical esthetician, colon hydrotherapist, massage therapist and much more. Owner of Blueprint Body Studios, Sherise Grant, says her business aims to help people be the best versions of themselves, both inside and outside.

Grant says she first became interested in massage therapy after her mother was diagnosed with a condition in 1998. After her family realized she had gifted hands, the journey began.

Despite the challenges that come along with entrepreneurship, Grant says she genuinely enjoys making her clients feel their best, whether cosmetically or assisting with health issues. In fact, she says the highlight of her career is assisting cancer patients

Grant says what sets Blueprint Body Studio apart is their focus on overall health, particularly as The Bahamas is currently ranked in the top 10 countries for obesity. The 33 year old mother of one shares her advice to other aspiring entrepreneurs.
