NASSAU, BAHAMAS – An American boat captain is facing a charge of causing dangerous harm after he allegedly attacked a tourist.

Prosecutors say Aiden Grossman, of Miami, Florida, injured Benjamin Jackson, a resident of Fort Lauderdale, Florida on July 2.

Prosecutors alleged that while at Harbour Island, Eleuthera, Grossman struck Jackson in the head and fractured his skull after he accused him of moving his golf cart.

Grossman denied the charge at his arraignment before Senior Magistrate Shaka Serville.

His bail was set at $10,000 on the condition that he wears an ankle monitor.

Grossman’s trial is set for November 5.
