NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Our very own sports anchor Marcellus Hall taking home the gold in the Men’s Physique Masters category at the National Body Fitness Championships recently.

Hall was the only contestant to participate over the age of 40. He speaks on his experience in the competition and what it took to prepare.
