Antigua Sets 10-Year Goal For Half The Population To Hold College Degrees
ANTIGUA& BARBUDA – Antigua and Barbuda launched a new tertiary institution yesterday, described as “revolutionary,” following the merger of three post-secondary colleges into one national college. A fourth institution is also expected to join the merger.
