NASSAU, BAHAMAS – NEMA Director Captain Steven Russell speaks to the the Community Emergency Response Team training, which will be used to aid professionals in responding to hazardous accidents and natural disasters occur.

His comments come as there have been several accidents such as the recent boat tragedy, Exuma fuel spill, and Long Island plane crash.
