NASSAU, BAHAMAS – As the tourism industry continues to make a comeback, one of the country’s largest hotels is looking to fill hundreds of positions.

The General Manager of Sandals Royal Bahamian Resort, Adrian Whitehead, says the hotel is in need of employees for the upcoming season as the resort will be fully booked.

The line wrapped around the Sandals Royal Bahamian Resort as people waited in line patiently to submit their applications for employment.

Whitehead says applicants were waiting in line from as early as 7am, and he says he is pleased with the turn out.

Senior Director of Operations Bahamas Chuck Roberts says more than 200 people have applied.
