Official Ceremony of Proclamation for King Charles III
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Official Ceremony of Proclamation on the accession of His Majesty King Charles III as the new Head of State of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas took place Sunday afternoon in Parliament Square.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Official Ceremony of Proclamation on the accession of His Majesty King Charles III as the new Head of State of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas took place Sunday afternoon in Parliament Square.
The proclamation was read by former Prime Ministers Hubert Ingraham and Perry Christie.
Governor General Sir C.A. Smith and Prime Minister Philip Davis were also in attendance along with other senior government officials and opposition members.
