NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Children’s Oncology Ward of the Princess Margaret Hospital unveiled a new mural and updated Children’s Corner thanks to The Blue Rose Foundation and a very special donor.

The mural, painted by Allan Wallace, was commissioned by The Blue Rose Foundation, and sponsored by Bahamas Harvest Church and FTX.

And, there’s also a new children’s library, the contents were donated by 5th grader, Daliyah Culmer, who sold pins and did a book drive at her school.

And, Culmer didn’t stop there, she also told family members that instead of getting her Christmas presents this year, she wanted them to help her get donations for the Children’s Corner.

Her fundraising was so successful, she was able to donate a television for the kids.

Pediatric Oncologist, Dr. Corrine Sinquee, commended the young philanthropist’s efforts.
