NASSAU, BAHAMAS – About 70 people from The Bahamas are expected to travel to COP27.

The delegation of 70 will be made up of officials from non-government organisations, the private sector and youth arms. Prime Minister Philip Davis and Agriculture Minister Clay Sweeting are also expected to attend; the attorney general is expected to attend the following week to conduct negotiations.

COP27 will be held on November 7-18, 2022 in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt.
