Five Men Wanted For Armed Robbery

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Police are looking for five men for two separate armed robberies on Wednesday.

In the first incident, police say three masked men, all allegedly armed with handguns, entered a business on Montrose Avenue where they got away with an undisclosed amount of cash and watches.

In the second incident, shortly before 1:00pm in the parking lot of a financial institution on East Bay Street, police say a man was approached by two men who were wearing blue hoodies.

One of the men produced a handgun.

Police say they got away with the man’s briefcase – in it – cash, chequebooks, and a cell phone.

As investigations are continuing police reminding the public to be aware of their surroundings especially as the holiday season approaches
