NASSAU, BAHAMAS – South Korean police are trying to find out what caused a crowd surge killing more than 150 people including 26 foreigners.

The tragedy happened during Halloween festivities in Seoul in the country’s worst disaster in years.

Witnesses and survivors called it a “hell-like” chaos with people falling on top of each other like dominoes.

Slow-moving vehicles and party goers in costumes made it near impossible for rescuers and ambulances to reach the crammed alleys in the nightclub district.

Security cameras and video will hopefully tell the 427 – member taskforce how this tragedy happened.
