BARBADOS – Barbados temporarily suspends the importation of live birds, poultry, and poultry products from the United Kingdom after confirmed outbreaks of avian flu, commonly known as bird flu.

The ban includes all passenger imports of all fresh or cooked poultry products, except fully-cooked products.

No permits or licenses will be issued for restricted commodities issued up to October 31 will be honored.
