NASSAU, BAHAMAS – “Disappointingly, I haven’t gotten a response from the Prime Minister on any of the communications the Bahamas Public Service Union would have written to him,” Kimsley Ferguson, BPSU president says.

Ferguson tells reporters one of those concerns he is awaiting a response on is a conflict of interest issue, which he declined to expand on. The union leader says the union will forward the communications to the PM again, in the hopes of a response.

Ferguson also says there has been no discussion on the topic of salary increases for members of the BPSU.
