FRANCE – A high school student stabbed a teacher to death in a school in the French town of Saint-Jean-de-Luz.
A French government spokesman confirmed Wednesday’s attack and said the perpetrator was 16 years old.
Media reports say the attacker entered the classroom while the teacher in her 50’s was giving a Spanish class and attacked her.
Prosecutor are expected to give a news conference on Thursday for further details about the investigation.
