NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Haven Rolle is many things – cardio and vascular specialist, black belt karate instructor, and athlete among other things.

Most recently he added an author to that list to help you get and stay fit and healthy with his new book Mind Fitt.

People find many different things entertaining and have found countless ways to entertain themselves throughout history, but since we figured out how to print on surfaces, books have always been a staple allowing readers to embark on a solo journey through the words and thoughts of an author.

Haven Rolle, a non-invasive cardiac and vascular specialist and fifth-degree black belt in shotokan karate, has added to the ever-growing library of human thought with his book mind fitt.

Rolle put his years of practice in mind and body disciplines, sports, martial arts, and medicine into his first book, which allows him not only to entertain but help people like you train your mind and body efficiently.

Rolle says that he’s seen fitness fads die out as quickly as they rushed in, but his system is here for the long haul.

Rolle’s Mind Fitt movement doesn’t box you in, but he stresses that you must feed the body with the right types of food, in addition to the proper knowledge.

Rolle also runs the Bahamas Tong Dojo Karate Academy, founded by his late father, Grand Master Basil Rolle, over 60 years ago – that’s where his mind and body training began.

Rolle says as he got older, he became more in tune with his body and understood his assignment had changed.
