NASSAU, BAHAMAS – It was a night of culture and couture as models stepped out in bold styles showcasing Bahamian culture.

Twelve Bahamian designers took to the stage in the country’s National Jubilee Fashion Show under the patronage of Dame Marguerite Pindling.

Chair of the National Independence Secretariat Leslia Miller-Brice says Dame Marguerite is a true fashion icon. And, she adds that the support is overwhelming.

The 800-seat room was filled to capacity, with some attendees sharing that more events like these are necessary.
