RBC Donates 50k To Farming Initiative

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Backyard and community farming initiatives got a big boost this morning as Pilgrim Baptist Temple RBC donated $50,000 dollars to the Agriculture Development Organization.

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Backyard and community farming initiatives got a big boost this morning at Pilgrim Baptist Temple off Kemp Road, as Royal Bank of Canada donated $50,000 dollars to the Agriculture Development Organization.

The community farming space off Kemp Road is particularly special for Executive Chairman of the Agricultural Development Organization, Philip Smith, who grew up in the area.

Jabez Paul, who is with the church commercial farming group, tells Our News the first crops at the Pilgrim Baptist Temple Farm will likely be things like peppers or onions.
