NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Over the holiday weekend large crowds gathered at popular beach spots throughout New Providence which created tons of trash, in some instances, left behind until the next day.

Executive Chairman for Beaches and Parks McKell Bonaby says teams are working despite being stretched thin as a result of the busy weekend.

In addition to beaches, Bonaby also addressed a viral video of trash on Bay Street following the People’s Rush Junkanoo Parade.
