NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Location, location, location – businesses located downtown are re-learning the importance of this golden real estate rule.

You see, some business owners located to the east of the new multi-million-dollar port say they’ve been experiencing drastically less foot traffic since the port’s redevelopment and grand re-opening.

This sales associate believes more can be done to help spread the business throughout area.
