NASSAU, BAHAMAS – It’s no secret that the country’s number one gateway is seeing a boost in flights. To meet the growing demand, technology is the way of the future at the Lynden Pindling International Airport.

A top Nassau airport development company official says the goal is to make the traveling experience easier for passengers.

Vice President of Operations at Nassau Development Company Jonathan Hanna says the Nassau Airport Development Company is expanding the use of technology at the Lynden Pindling Airport all in an effort to make traveling easier for passengers.

Last year, an app that provides detailed flight information was launched and is now available.

There’s also a new feature for North American visitors.

For those wanting to order food at the airport right from their seat, the executive says that option is also available.

With the implementation of these new features and more, the vice president says NAD is doing well as a company.
