NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Classes are in and at the University of the Bahamas with fresh waves of first-time college students flooding the University Drive Campus.

Here we spoke to a group of freshmen, some traveling from the family islands. Jayla Rolle an architecture major tells us that the university has surpassed expectations.

Samiya Hield says she came to UB to make an impact on the nursing community.

The students also shared that scheduling is the biggest difference between high school and college.

While some question the need to go to college, the students say the choice is yours.
