NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Bahamas, once again being represented on the world stage as one of our very own queens is slated to travel internationally in hopes of winning the crown.

Cassidy Stuart will travel to Curacao to represent the country as Miss Bahamas Teen.

The 17-year-old is the deputy head girl at Queens College.

She says the feeling of being crowned was simply amazing.

Cassidy shares her platform for the pageant.

She says her own personal struggles put her on a mission to inspire others.

Since winning the crown earlier this summer, she has hit the ground running.

The pageant in Curacao is slated for September 24th to October 1st.

She says she believes this opportunity is a part of God’s plan for her life.
