NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A comedian is no longer facing criminal charges over a leaked sex tape.

Terrance Gilbert II, whose stage name is Khing Kloud, was arraigned on charges of voyeurism and intentional libel last August.

Prosecutors alleged on March 24, 2022, Gilbert secretly recorded a woman while she performed oral sex on him.

On May 5, 2022, Gilbert allegedly leaked the sex tape in order to defame the woman.

The matter was adjourned four times since Gilbert’s initial court appearance.

However, no evidence was ever heard in the case as the alleged victim never showed up to testify.

Senior Magistrate Shaka Serville discharged the cases against Gilbert after the prosecutor informed the court that the woman was now living abroad and had no interest in pursuing the matter.
