It comes as tourism officials constantly highlight the need for more hotel rooms.
Prime Minister Philip Davis says the upgrades are more than an investment an addition to tourism.
The hotel boasts of 288 rooms, 18,000 square feet of new restaurants, event spaces, and pools…
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Tourism Chester Cooper says the $50 million investment will play a major role in the revitalization of downtown.
British Colonial Hotel General Manager Dan McDermott said Monday’s events signify more than just the reopening of the hotel.
The festivities then followed a ribbon cutting and a Junknaoo rushout.
