NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Talented and fun-loving is how 27-year-old Chatere Wells is being  remembered by one of her closest friends. 

Wells was one of two people gunned down on Prince Charles Drive yesterday. 30-year-old Dino Smith was also died during the shooting.

Her close friend Tavallia Dean says Wells was someone you would never forget.

Wells was a nail technician by profession but for Tavallia, she was a big sister.

Tavallia also sharing that she last saw Wells before the new year. She is also disappointed over some of the social media posts about her friend’s death.

And as reality sets in, Tavallia says it is now up to the law.
