NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Two accused killers are behind bars after a judge ruled that they were no longer suitable candidates for bail.

Senior Justice Cheryl Grant-Thompson revoked bail for Donald Cox and Berkley Fowler.
Both men committed offenses while on bail.

Cox was charged with murder and attempted murder in May 2020.

Since being released on $30,000 bail in 2021, Cox was convicted twice of violating his bail conditions.

He’s presently facing another breach of bail charge.

While on bail for the 2012 murder of his stepfather, Fowler missed his 2021 trial date. He was also convicted of possession of a firearm last month.
