Man Arraigned for Near Fatal Stabbing at Nassau Street Bar

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man is behind bars in relation to a near fatal stabbing.


Twenty-nine-year-old Alano Stringfield stood before Chief Magistrate Roberto Reckley charged with the attempted murder of Berrine Fenelus.


The charge stems from a June 15 stabbing at Ryan’s Bar on Nassau Street.


Stringfield didn’t have to enter a plea to the charge and was denied bail.


He returns to court on August 15 to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers.
