James Taylor and Dion Smith are charged with the July 11th murder of Bernard Allen, while Deangelo Johnson is accused of an accessory after the fact.

Allen was found with gunshot wounds to the head while seated in the driver’s seat of a Nissan Note that was parked on West Avenue and Gibbs Corner.

The men were not required to enter pleas when they appeared before Senior Magistrate Shaka Serville.

Bail was denied, and they return to court in October to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers.
