NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man who had sex with schoolgirl whom he met online has pleaded guilty.

Senior Justice Cheryl Grant-Thompson will sentence 26-year-old Quincy Edgecombe for his crime on September 18.

On August 14, 2022, Edgecombe, then 22, picked up a 13-year-old girl whom he met on Instagram.

He took her to a friend’s home in Elizabeth Estates, and they had sex.

But the girl couldn’t give consent as she’s under 16.
