And Ricardo Rolle agreed running is has several health benefits.
He also says marathon running is both mental and physical.
Lightbourne who has won several local marathons also says that as your body gets older, you should try to be more active.
Bahamas Roadmasters is gearing up for its big marathon event scheduled for November. Key sponsor for the event is City Of Hope.
