NASSAU, BAHAMAS – While we’re all excited to countdown to 2025 and cheers to the New Year, executive chef at the Margaritaville Resort Nassau, Lester Dean says it’s vital to start the night off right!

At JWB Steakhouse, you’ll be able to choose your favorite delicious steaks and side dishes from their classic menu.

If the savory menu at JWB doesn’t entice you, there’s bound to be something for you over at Vacation Cafe.

“We will be running a buffet called the royal buffet, which will be $80 plus, $40 dollars plus for kids and it’s a variety of different food.,” Dean said.

“We have sushi, we have prime rib, we have some Bahamian favorites, we have beautiful desserts, we’re going to have charcuteries, we’re gonna have different types of dips, it’s going to be a very very very great New Years Eve.”

And Dean says it’s best to book now to avoid disappointment.
