Man Accused of Having Sex with A Minor Granted $7K Bail
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 22-year-old man accused of having sex with a minor has been granted bail.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 22-year-old man accused of having sex with a minor has been granted bail.
Prosecutors say Dillan Simon, of Mason Addition, is accused of having sex with a 15-year-old girl in September and October 2024.
Simon faced two charges of unlawful sexual intercourse when he stood before Magistrate Raquel Whymms.
He was granted $7,000 bail and is required to sign in at the Central Police Station on Mondays and Wednesdays before 6p.m.
The matter was adjourned to March 25, 2025 for the start of a preliminary hearing.
