Costco Recalls Cold & Flu Medicine Due To Potential Contamination
UNITED STATES – Costco has recalled its Kirkland Signature Severe Cold & Flu Plus Congestion caplets due to potential contamination.
UNITED STATES – Costco has recalled its Kirkland Signature Severe Cold & Flu Plus Congestion caplets due to potential contamination.
The affected products, sold in Midwest and Southeast Costco stores between October 30th and November 30th 2024, include day and night medications with the lot code p140082.
Customers are urged to stop using the caplets and return them for a full refund.
This recall comes as the Centers For Disease Control (CDC) tracks a rise in seasonal flu cases, with over 5 million illnesses, 63,000 hospitalizations, and 2,700 deaths reported this season.
