NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The man accused of a double shooting that left one man dead is seeking bail, having spent eight months in jail.

Kasinski Johnson is accused of the murder of Turvaughn Nairn and the attempted murder of Reuben Martin on December 23, 2020.

The incident happened at the motorbike tracks.

Justice Jeanine Weech-Gomez will give her ruling on September 18.
