ALIV Touts Use of ALIV Events App for Junkanoo Ticket Purchases

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Aliv is encouraging the use of the Aliv Events App to purchase tickets for the New Year’s Day Junkanoo Parade.

The company is also sharing a few ticket-buying tips, to ensure that the public’s Road to Bay experience is the best one possible.

Using its Aliv Events App, you will always have access to the easiest and safest way to purchase tickets and to safeguard that your ticket purchase is legitimate.

The app was created and is being offered as a courtesy to the Junkanoo Corporation of New Providence (JCNP) and the public at large.

It makes the buying of e-tickets easy and stress free. It also provides detailed information on the Junkanoo parades, seating, the latest Junkanoo-related news articles, and allows users to stream the parades.

Through the app, the telecommunications leader can guarantee that the seat you buy is the seat you get.

Tickets can also be purchased at Aliv’s Cable Beach and Harbour Bay stores.

On the day of the parade, bring your mobile device with your e-ticket already loaded on your Aliv Events Digital Wallet, or download from your email address (if you purchased your ticket in a store).

Ensure all attendees are present at the gate if you are the ticket holder or provide each person with their own ticket.

Your e-ticket’s QR code will be scanned at your entry gate. Be sure you have the right ticket – for your security, tickets can only be scanned once!

Do not share your ticket with strangers. Only share tickets directly with the person(s) named on the e-ticket.

Please note that third party ticket purchases must validate the email address of the original purchaser.
