BELARUS – Footage of Belarusian President Alexander Luka-Shenko has been published by the presidential office and state media after growing speculation over the health of the 68-year-old leader.

The video, released by the Belarusian presidential office, showed him inspecting an air force installation, wearing a bandage on his left hand.

The office said Luka-Shenko was visiting a military command base and meeting with top military commanders.
