NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Cable Bahamas Group of Companies encourage fitness and healthy living among its employees with a 12-week fitness challenge.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Cable Bahamas Group of Companies encouraging fitness and healthy living among its employees with a 12-week fitness challenge called ‘Choose to Lose’. The challenge saw 23 teams, but only one winners.
The challenge started out with 23 teams from various departments within the company.
Every week there were activities that team members had to attend and complete.
The winning team – four girls and a goal – says teamwork played a big part in their victory.
CBL Vice President for Human Resources, Ed Duncombe says the company thought it important to focus on the wellness of all its employees. And, he says it won’t stop here.
The winning team says they plan on incorporating exercise into their daily lifestyle.
