UNITED STATES – Former President Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton will testify in a congressional investigation into Jeffrey Epstein, a move that could halt a contempt vote by house Republicans.

The oversight committee had threatened criminal referrals but the Clintons say they are cooperating and call the probe partisan.
House Speaker Mike Johnson welcomed the decision, saying Congress expects compliance.
Bill Clinton has acknowledged flying on Epstein’s plane but says he knew nothing about the crimes.
