DIR Focused on Verifying Business’ Turnover

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Department of Inland Revenue Acting Controller Shunda Strachan says the major change coming to business licenses is verifying businesses’ turnover. She says 40,000 registered business claim to make less than $100,000 annually which the department is questioning.
