NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Acting Prime Minister Chester Cooper warns residents of Grand Bahama, Abaco and Bimini that they are in direct path of Subtropical Storm Nicole. He advises those in low-lying areas and dome residents to evacuate to safer shelter.
