How to Conduct Yourself on the Job
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – One corporate trainer and motivational speaker is talking to young people about how to conduct themselves on the job.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – August is usually a time when lots of students and interns are out of school and while some may be at home for the summer. For others, they are on the job. One corporate trainer and motivational speaker is talking to young people about how to conduct themselves on the job.
That’s Corporate Trainer Deborah Pratt recounting her recent experience with a summer student at a business. She says as students gain employment this summer they must ensure that they know how to conduct themselves.
She says parents play a role as well.
And as to how summer students and interns should dress in a professional environment, she says they should dress as professionally as they are able.
Pratt says first impressions go a long way.
