NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The 50th Anniversary of Independence Logo officially last week. Straw bag artist, Ingrid Bodie, sprang into action, re-creating the design on handbags.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The 50th Anniversary of Independence Logo officially launched to the public last week. In just a matter of hours, veteran straw bag artist, Ingrid Bodie, sprang into action, re-creating the design on handbags.
She shares what the process was like taking the logo from print to straw canvas.
Bodie says she plans to make each design uniquely bahamian.
