The rule that locals are only allowed to eat there after 4 p.m. has sparked concerns across social media with some calling the rule discriminatory.
Vice President for Government Affairs and Special Projects at Atlantis Vaughn Roberts says Shake Shack is open to all hotel guests, both local and international.
This opening follows the resort’s firm opposition to the opening of a Wendy’s restaurant. Roberts says their stance has not changed.
